Shipping and Handling

Products are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance for the retail value of the item(s). The customer pays all shipping and insurance charges. When the package ships, I will send an email with the shipping charges and any outstanding balance. I do not currently charge any kind of handling fee.

If you would prefer to have your order shipped via UPS or FedEx, just let me know.

Methods of Payment

Payment may be made by personal check (made out to Wild Mustard) or by credit card via PayPal. If you live in the Shreveport area, you can pay cash if receiving the order in person.

Deposits/Returns

The construction of every Wild Mustard handbag begins with the completion of a purse worksheet, which forms a permanent record and also allows calculation of the retail cost.

A non-refundable deposit of one-half the retail cost is required before any work is begun. The balance of the cost, together with the shipping and insurance fees, is due upon receipt of the order.

All sales are final. I do my utmost to ensure that every bag is the best I can make it before it leaves my hands; should you discover a defect in the materials or construction of an item, I will do my best to address the problem. The consequences of ordinary [and extraordinary] wear and tear resulting from daily use of an item are the sole reponsibility of the purchaser.
